Real World Service Training
This intensive 4 day course (one day virtual, 3 days on-site) will provide your service technician the knowledge to identify and fix some of the most common service issues. We will identify the specific components on each type of equipment that often create service issues and provide a roadmap for troubleshooting and repairing. We will top the session with tips on how to recognize when to suggest replacement versus repair.
Students must demonstrate a basic understanding of iron filtration, ion exchange and reverse osmosis in order to qualify for this class.
Virtual Training will include:

Following successful virtual training, installers will visit our state of the art training facility where they will:

- Valve Tear Down
Training for each installer can be customized to focus on the situations your service techs are most likely to encounter.
